All orders from the website will be shipped first class mail within two to three business days. Contact me if you need expedited shipping.

Special orders are accepted and most orders will ship 2-3 weeks from
order date.

Contact me about making you a custom order. I love making special pieces for clients. All custom orders are paid up front and non refundable.
For more complicated pieces a $100. non refundable deposit is required before I begin designing for you.

All work is guaranteed by me and any flaws or defects
will be replaced free of charge.
Repairs (to my work only) are done for a small fee.

If you have lost an earring... first send me a pic so I know what you are talking about. If I think I can match it, I will need you to send me the one you have. I am always willing to give it a go. I charge 1/2 what the earrings are selling for today.
I will also take jewelry where the glass is scratched, usually with rings, and refire and reset them for you for a small fee.
